Deleskia Butler is the Founder and Founder of Distinctive Women “Entrepreneurial Women Making a Difference”, LLC, a worldwide social enterprise of Networking, and Promoting Health and Fitness for Women Pursuing a Goal. The Founder of “Distinctive Women Warriors”, a support group for Women Veterans.  The Owner of Work Out Boutique, a high intensity, indoor cycling boutique that offers basic 101 step aerobics and high intensity cycling classes.

Deleskia served in the Armed Forces for 22 years, 4 of which she served in the U.S. Navy. She retired from the U.S. Army July 1, 2015.  She has chosen entrepreneurship as her second career.   Her ultimate goal is to develop and launch a health and wellness boutique which, offers services to women  and children struggling with obesity.

Deleskia is a Chicago native and a graduate of Grantham University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies and Health System Management.

Deleskia enjoys networking with all professional women and creating support channels. She is an active member of the Kentucky Department Veteran Affairs Women Advisory Board, a Board Member of Lady Vets Connect, member of the Bullitt County Woman’s Club, Sister of the Eastern Star, a Soror of Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority Inc and a member of the Jack and Jill of America, Derby City Chapter. In her spare time, Deleskia teaches hip- hop cycle classes and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her life motto is “This Too shall Pass!”
